Last week was fall break. We had a great time in Kentucky. It rained a lot but we still got to visit some of the sites of Abe Lincoln's childhood.

The kids are being statues with boy Lincoln and his dog. Lincoln loved reading and would walk great distances to borrow a new book.

The building in the background houses a replica of Abe's log cabin. This is at the his birthplace.

The sinkhole where the Lincoln's got their water.

Inside the cabin at his boyhood home. These pegs were used to climb up into the loft.
