I heard Cate playing a new song in the other room. When she was finished she ran to find me and asked if I had heard. I said yes it was beautiful. She said she was playing for God. The next time she played it she let me make the video. Precious girl.

Our 15th Anniversay

I have always said that I got the best one. Wes Thompson was, is and will always be the best husband I could ask for. We've been married 15 years. It has flown by so fast, especially since the kids came along. I am so blessed. I look forward to many more years together.

Getting ready for Christmas

Christmas music playing, hot chocolate cooling, a big bowl of popcorn...okay I know that should have said plate of cookies but I had driven 7 hours that day on the way home from MS so popcorn it is.



I can count 13 ornaments in this one shot. Don't you just love the way kids decorate? And they added a couple more after I took this picture. I plan on leaving everything just the way they decorated it. It makes me smile.

Meeting Sadie Marie

On our trip to MS to visit family this past Thanksgiving the kids got a chance to see a baby donkey at our cousin Lucy's house. Sadie Marie, the donkey, was so cute and really took to the kids.
